How to Flash Bios
-----------------
1) Make a bootable floppy:
	Insert blank floppy in a: drive
	At command prompt type: FORMAT A: /S

2) Extract all files from 195cbios.exe to a:

3) Reboot to floppy to flash bios

4) Remove floppy and reboot

To check your current Bios version

       Click on Diamond Icon on task bar. Choose diamond properties / details / display information. 
BIOS version:

WinNT 4.0:
         Click on Diamond Icon on task bar. Choose  properties / information
BIOS version:
