Boot Sco5 to System Maintenance mode, then, insert the diskette to drive a:
procedure:
# cd tmp
# doscp a:/sco5/setup .
# chmod +x setup
# ./setup
# cd..
#scoadmin
  choose Software Manager from list and press enter
  choose Software from manu and press enter
  choose Install New and press enter
  choose From scosysv
  in Media Device press down arrow key 
  change to Media Images
  use tap key change to continue and press enter
  type /tmp in the Image Directory
  use tap key change to O.K. and press key
  choose Full and press enter
  exit from Host manu
  highlight Networks in Scoadmin and press enter
  Network Configuration Manager and press enter
  Hardware and press enter
  Add new LAN adaptr and press enter
  choose Accton EN1208 PCI Ethernet Adapter Driver from list
If there is no conflict in Network Driver Configuration just use tab key 
change to OK and press enter
  use tab key to move the cursor to SCO TCP/IP 
  mark SCO TCP/IP and press enter
  fill your ip address, Netmask, .....,etc
  use tab key change to Advanced Options to enable Gateway
  change to OK and press enter (twice)
  Exit from Hardware pull down menu
  relink kernel
after successful relink, exit from Scoadmin and reboot to test the adapter 
function

If you want to remove the adapter driver, please follow the following procedure:
# scoadmin
  highlight Networks and press enter
  Network Configuration Manager and press enter
  mark HW Accton EN1208 PCI Ethernet Adapter Driver
  use tab key change cursor to Hardware
  from Hardware pull down menu choose Remove networl device 
  choose yes to confirm the remove action
  remove the HW SCO TCP/IP Lopback driver similar to the steps removing the
  EN1208 Driver
IMPORTANT!!! not to relink when you leave from Network Configuration Manager
exit from scoadmin and re-enter scoadmin again
# scoadmin
  Software manager and press enter
  mark Accton EN1208 PCI Adapter Driver (v1.0.0) and press enter
  change to Software and choose Remove Software, then, press enter
  choose Remove to confirm your remove action
  go back to Hardware/Kernel manager in Scoadmin to Relink Kernel
That will be O.K.
