   1)  Double click the Control Panel icon in Windows NT.

   2)  Click on the Network icon.

   3)  Click on the "Add Adapter" button.

   4)  Select "<other> Requires disk from manufacturer" from the scroll
       list then press [Enter].

   5)  Insert driver diskette in drive (A: or B:); type in the drive and
       pathname (e.g., A:\WINNT or B:\WINNT ) then click OK.

   6)  In the "OEM Option dialog" box, the following will be displayed:

		32-bit IO Mode PCI Ethernet Adapter


   7)  Driver installation is completed.  The newly installed adapter card
       type and driver will now become part of the network system software.

	       "[0x]32-bit IO Mode PCI Ethernet Adapter Driver"

       will be listed in the Installed Adapter Cards menu and

   8)  At this stage, the SETUP program has already transferred the
       following files:

       filename 	source directory	target directory
       ======== 	================	================
       EN1208.SYS	A:\WINNT or B:\WINNT	C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVER
       OEMSETNT.INF	A: or B:		C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32

       NOTICE:	C:\WINNT is the directory where your NT O.S. is located.

   9)  Finally, complete the network installation process, bind the
       adapter to transport drivers by choosing "Bindings" button under
       Network Setting dialog box.

  10)  Reboot your system for the changes to take effect.
