1. Login as a root user. (On maintenance mode)

2. Insert the Driver diskette into floppy Drive A:\ (or B:\) and use DOSCP
   command to copy 32-bit SCO UNIX PCI Driver to UNIX's directories
   as follows:

       # cd /
       # doscp A:/sco/setup /setup
       # chmod +x /setup
       # ./setup


       # cd /pci
       # ./install

3. Do you wish to install or delete the E32SCO driver (i/d/q)	press <i> key

4. Do you want to install another E32SCO board ? (y/n/q)	press <n> key

5. Enter IP Address :	     (For example : 192.72.24.174)

6. Enter broadcast address [192.72.24.255] :

7. Enter netmask		 (default 255.255.255.0)

8. Do you want to (I)nstall , (R)evise or (S)kip the
   pci0 driver IP configuration ? (i,r,s)			press <i> key

9. Do you want to relink to kernel now ?			press <y> key

10. Do you want to reboot now ? (y/n/q) 			press <y> key

11. Shutdown started.

    Do you want to continue ? (y or n): 			press <y> key

12. ... a sequence of shutdown process, then the sign

    **** Safe to Power off   *****
	      - or -
    *** Press Any Key to Reboot ****				(Press any key)

13. Boot :							(Press <enter>)

14. The following lines should appear on the screen :

    %ethernet 0x6000-0x601F   10  - type=32-bit IO Mode PCI Ethernet Adapter

15. Press <CTRL+D> to proceed with the normal startup,
    (or enter the root password for system maintenance)

16. After the 'Starting TCP/IP: .....' process has been completed,
    the PCI network adapter will be operational.

