Important enhancements:
- detects Intel Celeron A, IDT WinChip 2
- detects and tests the latest mainboard chipsets (VIA Apollo MVP3, 
  Intel 440GX), enhanced analysis of Intel chipsets 440LX, 440EX und 440BX.
- detects new 3D chips (NVIDIA RIVA TNT, Matrox G100/G200, 3DFX Voodoo 2, 
  ATI RAGE IIc, 3Dfx Banshee, and many other from S3, NVIDIA, Trident etc.)
- detects a lot of new PCI vendors (now more than 1180)
- DMI analysis has been updated

Detail enhancements:
- tests for AMD-3DNow! and Cyrix Extended MMX support
- detects display manufacturer (on ddc compliant systems)
- improved EIDE CD ROM drive detection
- knows new PCI base and subclasses now (e.g.. serial bus)
- Joystick and DDC display test can be stepped over to avoid problems on some
  machines
- single-step option for compact test (to step over problematic tests)
- updated benchmark comparision file (reg. version only)

Fixed:
- Drive error message during report creation, if the size of a configuration 
  file is 0.
- Floating Point error during ASPI benchmark
- Error on reading files while creating a report
- detection of memory types on some chipsets
- detection of the graphics chipset, if PCI ISA-Int=0
- system hang while testing the joystick (when moving the stick)
- IDT WinChip detection
