Readme by Icedragon: I'm not good at this readme stuff.

REALLY?

  That's right, for those of you have been waiting
  since Mid 1997, they're done! For those of you who
  haven't, um, here y'a go anyways!

WHY?

  Korn left for the middle of nowhere and I (Icedragon) had to finish
  them without knowing where he left off. WHERE ARE YOU KORN??? I think
  he went off to train monkeys.

What's new? / Operation Instructions:

  From what, version 1.11? HA! Everything EXCEPT the first VU panel!

  From version 1.20? - Analog VU's were refined.

============================================================================
    [ANALOG_VU.DLL - Analog VU's 1.21c]

    What's new as of 1.21c

	*MMX optimization
	*Needle width toggle

    What's new as of 1.21a

	*Minor bug fixes
	*Small speed optimizations
	*Better graphics on panel 2.

    Whats new in 1.20:
	*Matching Winamp-style window.
	*Five new selectable panels. (PLEASE hack 'em if you want!)
	*NEW TruePhysics - completely - based on actual analog VU meters.
	    (TruePhysics routines are not implemented in VU_PANEL and VU_SMALL.)
	*On-board config.
	*Adjustable Rise speed
	*Adjustable Fall speed
	*Window docking.
	*Implementing Homeboy's DIBX Winamp Plugin libraries.
	*Detects Win95 or WinNT for timer optimization.
	*Calibrated to true, scientific test signals!
		  (Not just to look good, Panel 2 gives accurate dB reading!)
    Useage:

	"Config" opens up the panel for winamp docking, rise and fall sliders.
	"Panel" switches panel styles.

============================================================================
    [DIGITAL_VU.DLL - BarGraph VU's] <- These are new to the system altogether.

	*Matching Winamp-style window.
	*LED's are not just on/off, brightness varies with volume!
	*Simulated Capacitor/Bleeder Resistor Ckt fades LED's out realistically.
	*Winamp window docking.
	*Also calibrated to true test-signals. Full-on is 0dB, 50% is 6dB.

    Useage:

	Button in lower left hand corner docks to winamp.
	Adjust rise/fall in plugin.ini.

============================================================================
    [SPECTRUM_FULL.DLL - Spectrum Analyzer] <- New also.

	*NOTE this SA is not yet logarithmically scaled.
	*Adjustable sensitivity slider.
	*Selectable color schemes
	*Really neat peak effects! (Try em!)
	*Bar rise and fall speed adjustable in PLUGIN.INI

    Useage:

	Upper left button changes peak indicator effect.
	Lower left button changes color scheme.
	Slider on right adjusts sensitivity.

============================================================================
    [SPECTRUM.DLL - Spectrum Analyzer] <- New again!

	*Based on the Sony SEQ-711.
	*Bands are tuned to standard audiophile SA bands.
	*Nifty peak effects!
	*Color schemes.
	*Bar rise and fall speed adjustable in PLUGIN.INI

    Useage:

	"Panel" button changes color scheme.
	"Physics" changes peak indicator effect.

============================================================================
    [VU_SMALL.DLL - Small In-Window Analog VU's] <- New!

	*Fit right in Winamp's internal Visualization window!
	*Accurately calibrated VU's.
	*Four panel styles. (Again, hack 'em if you need to!)

    Useage:

	Click once on panel to rotate through panel styles.
	Double-click to deactivate/close plugin.

============================================================================
   [VU_PANEL.DLL - Same as vu.small but full-window!] <-new?

	*Fits neatly inside of Winamp leaving basic play buttons accesible!
	*Accurately calibrated VU's.
	*For panel styles. (Edit away!)
	*Rise/fall adjustable in PLUGIN.INI

   Useage:

	Click once on panel to rotate through panel styles.
	Double-click to deactivate/close plugin.

============================================================================
	**BETA** PLUGINS: Included because they were too kickass to leave out.
	 ==> NOTE. THESE ARE BETA. WE KNOW THERE ARE PROBLEMS WITH THEM!
	 The usual beta schpiel goes with this - not responsible for errors,
	 performance may be unpredictable, etc.

	[*BETA* BETA_FLARE.DLL - and BETA_HEDZ.DLL]

	*They just look cool!

	Usage: Just run them... They take a lot of system resources because they're
	not optimized yet.
============================================================================

KNOWN PROBLEMS:

INTERMITTENT WITH ALL PLUGINS: Error when closing winamp while one of our plugins are open.
FIX: Decrease the plugin priority slider (to the center or so.)
(We're still trying to find out why)

analog_vu.dll....: NONE. let us know.
digital_vu.dll...: NONE. let us know.
spectrum_full.dll: Logarithmic scaling needs to be added.
spectrum.dll.....: Docking and sensitivity needs to be added.
vu_small.dll.....: NONE. let us know.
vu_panel.dll.....: NONE. let us know.
BETA_flare.dll...: SLOW. Option buttons don't work. Window code isn't completed.
		   Occasionally the window may not draw.
BETA_hedz.dll....: SLOW. Option buttons don't work. Window code isn't completed.
		   Occasionally the window may not draw.
